Grilled Lemon Pepper Salmon

Step 1
Heat the grill to 475°F and wipe the grates with oil, repeating several times to ensure the salmon does not stick.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Step 3
Brush the salmon with about half of the lemon pepper mixture and place it skin side up on grill. Sear fillets until they easily release from the grates, leaving grate marks. Gently flip each fillet to finish cooking.
Step 4
Brush with the other half of the lemon pepper mixture. Continue cooking until the fish reaches at least 145°F with a meat thermometer.
