Bruschetta

Let's make it

Step 1
Warm olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour into a mixing bowl and let it cool.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and basil, then add into mixing bowl with cooled garlic oil. Add Parmesan cheese, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir mixture.
Step 3
Toast slices of French bread until golden. Spoon bruschetta over toasted bread.
